Why is own blood treatment so important after transplantation?

Because the transplanted hairs are optimally supplied with own blood treatment. Own blood treatment improves the growth rate and thus the success of the transplant!

Can I pay for my own blood treatment on a monthly basis?

Yes, thanks to our partner company it is possible that you can afford the own blood treatment or transplantation even with a small wallet. If you prefer to pay for the treatment in installments, it is possible from CHF 100.–/month. You can discuss with our partner company MF Group in which installments you would like to make the payment.

Do scars remain after own blood treatment?

No. Own blood is injected via tiny needles. No scars of any kind remain.

How does own blood treatment at HAIR & SKIN work?

During own blood treatment, a maximum of 20 millilitres of the patient's own blood is taken with a syringe. The platelets are isolated from this blood using a special centrifuge. Own blood extraction takes place in a closed system under sterile conditions. After only 10 to 15 minutes, the body's own blood concentrate is ready for use. Now it can be administered to the injection site. The kits used are specially designed for this treatment and are used only once for your maximum safety.
